To make a Foundation horse you must have the correct amount of tokens.
A Base horse token gives you an option of any Black, Grey, Chestnut or Bay Horse.
But lets say you want a chestnut Paint horse.
You will need one Base horse token and a Paint horse token.
You need to have the tokens in your inventory, which is either in your development board or stable.
The Mod or Admin will take the Token out of your Inventory and then accept the horse as long as everything has been met.
If you are unsure with Genetics just post the color you want and a MOD will help you.
